The Programme
Kärcher’s Cleaning Management System is a bespoke programme that can be tailored to any NHS Trust. Because needs and considerations vary from one Trust to another, we begin with a detailed consultation and assessment period.
Assessment
During this time the Kärcher team consult with the Trust’s Hotel Services Management to identify key issues and areas for improvement. They also conduct a detailed assessment of resources (staff and equipment), cleaning locations and time trials of specific cleaning tasks. More
Recommendations
From the audit, we develop a Cleaning Management System unique to the Trust. This identifies the best machine for each cleaning task, areas for ‘machine share’ (to optimise usage) and outlines all costs.
Extended Trial and Training
We provide equipment on extended loan to the Trust and during this time train up members of the cleaning staff. The trial period is also an opportunity for monitoring and fine-tuning the proposed system. More

Roll Out
We oversee the full implementation of the Cleaning Management System, supplying all equipment and ensuring that staff not involved in the trial period receive the required training.
