Training
During the trial period Kärcher train the cleaning staff to operate the new machines; staff that undertake this training receive ‘Certificates of Competence’. When the full programme is rolled out the trained staff are able to train their colleagues. Should additional training sessions be required Kärcher are happy to provide them.

Motivation
We help motivate staff to adopt the new Cleaning Management System through the provision of daily maintenance posters that give ‘reminders/handy hints’ about using and maintaining the equipment. A ‘hotline’ number is available for any queries staff may have about the use of the machines.
